The difference

Matching is the easy part.

Every platform in this market will show you a list of lenders. That has been solved for years and it isn’t where deals die. Deals die when the file lands on a credit analyst’s desk with the LVR sitting two points over policy, an exit that depends on a contract nobody has sighted, and a valuation from a firm that lender doesn’t accept. Then it comes back with questions, or it comes back declined, and either way you’re a fortnight down and explaining it to your client.

Somebody has to do the credit work on a private deal. On every other platform that somebody is you, at night, unpaid, on a lender’s policy you’ve never read.

Here it’s our team, before a lender sees anything.

Why we built the other half

The work between lodgement and settlement.

  1. Read and reconcile

We read the valuation and check the figures reconcile against the contract, the rates notice and the lease. We test the security against each lender’s accepted types, locations and report-age rules, and the LVR against their cap for that specific security rather than their headline number. We pressure-test the exit, because a sale of another asset means one thing when the contract is exchanged with a deposit paid and something entirely different when it’s an appraisal and a hope.

  2. Structure it

Which entity borrows, where the guarantees sit, whether the securities go to one lender together or split across two, whether a small reduction in debt moves the deal from a lender at 9.4% to one at 7.15%. That’s the part brokers most often don’t have time for and it’s usually worth more than the rate shopping.

  3. Fix it, then package it

We get into the structure, chase the gaps and prepare the submission. Then we assemble the file: titles, rates notices, leases, contracts, ASIC extracts, statements of position. We reconcile every figure across every document and write the submission in the form that lender’s credit team expects to read it. When their analyst comes back with questions, they come to us.

  4. Through to settlement

And once credit has said yes we’re still on it: valuation, legals, discharges, settlement booking.

A clear verdict names the rate, the LVR that lender holds to on this security, the valuers it accepts and the total cost of funds over the term you asked for, with the policy version and the date it was encoded beside every figure.

A conditional names the gap. Sitting at 66.7% against a 65% cap means debt has to come down, and the verdict says by how much. A decline names the rule the deal failed and what would change it, which is more often a document than a different lender.

Our team can help work through the gaps. The lender sets its appetite and terms and makes the credit decision.

Broker control

As hands-on or as hands-off as suits you.

Some brokers want the file back before it goes to credit, want to be on the call with the analyst and want to sign off on every condition. Others want to lodge it, take the term sheets, tell us which one and hear from us at settlement. Both work and you can change your mind mid-deal.

What doesn’t change is that the client stays yours. We don’t contact your borrower unless you ask us to and put us in the loop, we don’t market to them, and a lender learns who they are when you send them the deal.

More for brokers

You keep every dollar of the brokerage.

No split, no referral share, no clip. If you’d normally hand a private deal to a specialist and split it, or turn it away because the work outweighs the fee, that changes here: you write the deal, we do the file, and the commission is entirely yours.

Brokers pay $0 in On Panel fees and retain 100% of their brokerage. The lender pays On Panel on settlement. Interest, lender fees and third-party costs apply.

A lender’s policy is encoded with our desk and signed off line by line before the panel matches a deal to it, and it has to be complete enough to structure a deal against rather than just point at.

Each is a dated, versioned credit policy rather than a logo, and each stays anonymous to you until terms are signed.

For lenders

Nobody buys position.

There’s no paid priority and no early-access tier. Every lender you send the scenario to receives it in the same moment, and the timestamps sit in the audit log on every deal, so you can check rather than take our word for it.

FAQs

Short questions, straight answers.

What do you do that a comparison site does not?
We do the credit work that a comparison site leaves to you. It shows you lenders and stops there. Our team reconciles the figures, tests the exit, structures the entity and security position, resolves what would otherwise come back from credit, writes the submission in the lender’s own format, and manages it through valuation, legals and settlement.
Do I lose any of my commission?
No, you keep 100% of the brokerage on every deal. There is no split, no referral share and no clip, and On Panel takes no part of what your client agrees to pay you.
What does On Panel cost me?
Brokers pay $0 in On Panel fees, from the first quote through settlement. You keep 100% of your brokerage. The lender pays On Panel on settlement. Interest, lender fees and third-party costs still apply.
