What it costs
Brokers pay $0 in On Panel fees. You keep 100% of your brokerage. The lender pays On Panel on settlement. Interest, lender fees and third-party costs apply.
On Panel fees.
Brokers.
Not to lodge, not to compare, not for the credit work, not for the submission, not at settlement. There’s no subscription and no split of your commission: the full brokerage is yours on every deal.
Your fee arrangement with your client is yours, and On Panel takes no part of it.
Borrowers.
Borrowers pay On Panel nothing. Interest, lender fees and third-party costs apply. The lender’s assessment and term sheet determine the loan’s rate, fees and terms.
Lenders.
Lenders pay us on settlement, and only on settlement. Nothing on declines, nothing on deals that don’t proceed, nothing monthly. The rate and the cap are set in the lender agreement signed on joining the panel.
For lendersWhy it’s built this way.
The alternatives distort the product. A platform paid per lead has no reason to care whether the deal was placeable. A platform charging lenders for access to deals is selling a paragraph.
Paid on settlement, we don’t earn until you’ve been paid and a lender has money out the door.
Nobody buys position.
Lenders are ordered by fit against their own policy, never by what they pay. There’s no paid priority and no early-access tier, and every lender a broker sends a scenario to receives it in the same moment.
