Files that go straight to credit committee

Not enquiries, not leads, and not a broker’s first attempt at your submission format. Deals assessed against your own encoded policy, restructured where they needed it, documented and reconciled before your analyst opens them.

What reaches you, and what does not.

If a scenario fails your policy you never see it, so nobody at your end spends a morning declining deals that were fifteen points of LVR outside appetite. What does reach you has already cleared your caps, your security types, your locations and your hard rules.

  • Ticket range
  • Leverage caps
  • Presale requirements
  • Builder stance
  • Accepted valuer and quantity surveyor panels
  • Capacity this period

Each is a line in a dated policy version that you confirm before it matches anything, and when your appetite changes a new version takes over that day.

The work that normally lands on your analyst.

Figures reconciled across the valuation, contract, rates notice and lease.
Exit tested rather than asserted.
Entity and guarantee structure sorted.
Statement of position captured as structured data instead of a PDF someone re-keys.

The submission is written in the form your credit team reads, with the conditions you’d have asked for already addressed.

The effect on your side is a shorter path from file to decision and a materially better hit rate, because the deals arriving have been worked by people who know what your policy actually says.

Your policy stays yours.

It is never published, never shown to a broker and never shown to another lender. Your pricing doesn’t sit in a comparison table that ends up in a competitor’s pitch.

Brokers see an alias and a verdict until your terms are signed, and you never see another lender’s terms, identity or verdict.

What it costs you.

A fee on settlement and nothing else. No subscription, no per-deal charge, nothing for deals you decline or that don’t proceed. We’re paid out of completed settlements, which means we have no interest in sending you anything that won’t complete. The desk will walk you through the numbers on the first call.

The fees in full

Onboarding takes about forty-five minutes.

There is no form to fill in and nothing to install. Panel membership is set up with the desk.

  1. Send what you already have

Credit guidelines, a rate card, a spreadsheet, an email you wrote to a broker last month. We read it and draft your policy from it.

  2. Read it back line by line

We bring the draft back with the source beside each figure. You confirm what’s right, correct what isn’t, and answer the handful of questions your document didn’t cover, which is usually valuers, report age and how you treat cross-collateral.

  3. The lender agreement

It sets the response window, the structured-decline obligation and the fee cap. No agreement, no distribution.

Nothing goes live until you’ve signed it off, and nothing reaches a broker that a person at your end hasn’t stood behind.

Nobody buys position.

There’s no paid priority, no early-access tier and no way to purchase better placement on the panel. Every lender a broker sends a scenario to receives it in the same moment, and each distribution is written to an append-only log. We’ll open the log on the first call rather than asking you to take it on faith.

Trust and audit

Bring a deal you declined.

And one you funded. We’ll run both, show you what our verdict would have been, and walk you through the submission we’d have sent. It’s a faster way to judge the encoding than listening to us describe it.

Ask your On Panel contact to book a policy workshop, or sign in if the desk has already set you up.

Or email enquiries@onpanel.com.au.

FAQs

Lenders ask.

Is my policy shared with other lenders?
Your policy is never published, never shown to a broker and never shown to another lender. Your pricing does not sit in a comparison table that ends up in a competitor’s pitch.
Can we pay for better placement?
There is no paid priority, no early-access tier and no way to purchase position. Every lender a broker sends a scenario to receives it in the same moment, and each distribution is written to an append-only log the desk will open on the first call.
What is the response obligation?
On Panel’s lender agreement sets five business days to respond on each scenario you receive, and asks that a decline carry its reason. Both are what make the panel worth a broker’s time.
What does the panel cost to join?
Nothing to join, nothing to receive deals, nothing to decline them. A fee on settlement and nothing else, at the rate and cap set in the lender agreement you sign on joining.
